‘The voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes, but in having new eyes’. Proust
Are you ready to take more creative action in your business and life? Are you open to a shift in your thinking? Are you ready to embrace a creative mindset and flex your creative muscle?
There is increasing evidence of the positive links between creativity and wellbeing. Creativity and creative thinking can enhance wellbeing through developing cognitive flexibility and problem-solving abilities. ‘Mindful Creativity’ – a state of mind – enables individuals to gain a sense of mastery and agency, which assists in managing adversity and building resilience.
The Creative Wellbeing Program is open to individuals and organisations that are ready for change and ready to explore what is possible to flourish and prosper through a creative lens. The Creative Wellbeing program is based on a series of workshops that can be combined to make a program or be delivered as individual workshops.
Creative Wellbeing includes theories, concepts and experiential learning that enable participants to dive deep into what it means to live and work well.

“I found the Maverick Minds Creative Development workshop helpful and stimulating for all sorts of unexpected reasons. Many of the practitioners who use and promote creativity do so with new age enthusiasm but little training. In contrast, Cathryn Lloyd has high level professionalism, a doctorate, and methodological rigour. Cathryn has decades of corporate and high level experience. She was able to gently probe and guide all participants to finding a new path through terrain as varied as writing, corporate liaison, family relationships, and personal journeys. I wasn’t sure what project I would take to the seminar, but once I got there found all the material presented relevant and the application of it during the day challenging, stimulating and life-changing. I would recommend this experience highly to anyone, no matter their professional level or personal interest in creativity. It is an essential and rewarding part of the life journey. The Maverick Minds experience of taking mindfulness into creative directions was immensely useful and rewarding.”
