Do you have a vision for the culture of your organisation?

Do your clients perceive you as an innovative organisation?
How is creativity and innovation perceived by the people in the organisation?
Is your organisational culture open and ready to create positive change?

The Creative Culture program is for businesses that recognise change is inherent in organisational life. Proactive and responsive organisations understand that creative and motivated people are foundations for their success. Creative Culture will take your organisation on a journey to cultivate an organisational culture that is right for you and your clients.

Creative Culture includes theories, concepts and experiential learning that enable organisations to dive deep and explore the benefits and power of becoming a creative culture.

STRUCTURE + COACHING PROGRAM

Typically Creative Culture can be delivered as a 1-5 day program. Alternatively it can be delivered over a period of months via half day and full day workshops. Programs can be tailored to suit your specific requirements. The duration of the program will inform the basis and depth of the content of what can be delivered to meet your needs.

The creative culture program will enable greater insight into your organisational culture – what works well and what needs to change.

Programs can include individual and team coaching to enhance and embed learning.

From the feedback I have gathered, combining the areas of arts and business certainly made a significant contribution to the creative and personal development of the members of the Women’s Network”
